  • How thick is the mat?

    The standard mat is approx. 0.8cm thick.

  • I have a balcony that is very wet. I would like to build a 40cm wide path with many mats. Will the mats rub against each other?

    Will the mat be safe to walk on? The individual mats cannot be joined together so slipping cannot be excluded. These mats are available in longer versions too however, see article number 1131619.

  • Can these mats be joined together?

    Standard mats can be laid against each other but not joined. If you require a longer stretch, we would recommend our bathing mats 1131619 (60 cm wide), 1131622 (80 cm wide), 1131635 (100 cm wide) or 1131648 (120 cm wide). The maximum length of such a mat would be 6 metres.

  • How heavy are these mats?

    They weigh 5kgs per square metre.

  • Are these bathing mats suitable for use in saunas?

    These bathing mats are suitable for saunas, however the oven should not be placed directly on the mat.
