Can these floats be cleaned?
The leg floats can be washed out it clear water and disinfect with a standard disinfectant spray. Please do not use multi-purpose cleaners or scouring agents or any stiff brushes when cleaning.
How high/long are both sizes?
Large is 21cm high and XL is 31 cm high
Can I, as a trained aqua jogger, only train with leg floats?
It is recommended that at least you should use the support of a swimming belt.
Would these floats be suitable for exercises is water that is chest deep?
Are the large and extra large really only for designed different exercise intensities? These floats are intended for use in deep water. The only difference with waist deep water is that the resistance level would be raised. The differences between large and extra large are the buoyancy.
Do I only need the leg floats or also a floating belt for aqua jogging?
You should wear a water jogging belt in any case. The buoyancy of the belt should be selected so that your arms and legs can move freely. To increase the training effect, you can also use the water jogging gloves or plastic bar bells. Fun products such as a gymnastics ball, swimming board and Comfy float will also help your training.
