    The Sport and Therapy top is very good for balancing exercises. You really have to concentrate on the top to remain standing. With a little bit of training you can also do other exercises on it e.g. bouncing a ball, throwing to a partner.

    I have had a knee operation (cartilage) and would like to strengthen my knee. This disc will strengthen all the muscles in the leg as well as parts of the trunk, back and stomach muscles. When the muscles are strengthened, this decreases the pressure on the joints. To ensure using the disc will help you in your personal situation, we would recommend you check with a physiotherapist.
