    A Wonderful Product The Belli Swing is perfect for swinging type jumps. The whole lymph system is activated. I use Belli Swing when doing bio-energetic exercises. That lasts about 1 hour and I have a CD about it. It is great fun. I am a yoga teacher and sometimes use the trampoline for warm ups in single session classes. This means that the "cross" exercises are done on the trampoline. I highly recommend it. It is also great for children especially before doing their homework as the exercises increase their level of concentration and the body is exercised. As well as that it looks really well.

My whole family are delighted with it and they have all jumped on it. I would however recommend also ordering the edge protection as it can be a bit "hairy" when young children are jumping near the edge. Best regards S. Schilling
