Hello The product description indicated that there were instructions for hand exercises included but there was nothing...a pity. Otherwise my three year old daughter loves the modelling clay. It is quite expensive for children and the shapes do not last long but she does not stink and it does no crumble too much. Just from these experiences alone, I would not only just recommend this clay for patients.

We made a dog Both hyperactive children (emotionally soothing) and dementia patients (training fine motor responses) enjoy using the therapy modelling clay: making whole dogs, dog's heads (frontal and profiles). They are all happy with their achievements which helps their self confidence.

This material is perfect for children with fine motor problems and children with graphomotoric difficulties as it reduces muscle tone that is too developed but also strengthens under-developed muscle tone. It is great to see how the children relax and really get into this clay. The material allows the children to experience their senses more, but also to learn to laugh again and just have fun.
