A good training product I have tested this smash shot product a lot. In the beginning I did not think much of it, especially as it did not look very robust but after endless smashing there is still no sign of wear. I would not recommend this product for high level adults all the same, I think that that would push it past its limits. However it is just great for youths. One last point on value for money: This is just a bicycle tube with a foam pipe insulator on top and a nice blue nylon cover for optics. If I were to buy these products in the hardware they would cost less than 10 Euro and about the same to put them together. I think the price is a bit inflated.

I bought this product for my young players to work on attacking shots in fist ball. Unfortunately the ball is almost the same size and its heavier weight makes holding the ball on this smash shot device very difficult.

For younger schoolchildren The air filled loop on which the ball sits is too unstable for younger players or players under 14/15 years of age to get the use out of the smash training device. The child holding the device with the ball has too much to concentrate on as they must also place the device at the right place at the net. Schools and clubs: over the age of 15 ok but using this device with younger children is problematic. Reinforce the strength of the loop or change it altogether.
