De training van coördinatie en conditionele vaardigheden vormen een elementair bestanddeel bij iedere moderne en op de top gerichte tennisles. Met dit nieuwe methodische hulpmiddel kan men in verschillende oefenvormen het voetenwerk, de coördinatie en de snelheid verbeteren. Voor het trainen van ritmische capaciteiten is het een ideaal product. Breedte 40 cm, extra platte afgeronde sporten, verstelbare interval-afstanden. Incl. grondnagels voor het vastzetten op het sportveld en zuignappen voor in de zaal. De coördinatieladder wordt in een handige opbergtas geleverd.

    Versatile and Transportable I am a personal trainer. After trying many times to make my own ladder, the fruits of my labour were too unprofessional. I gave up and got this high quality, light and particularly economical ladder. This ladder is good and light enough to be brought anywhere be it indoors or outside in a forest. I have lots of fun making limitless combinations with the ladder and the customers find it great.

    A Good Product I am a trainer with a hockey club in Erlangen (Germany) and work with the first men's team. Although I had reservations at first I am very happy with this product. The bars are stable enough for use by adults, even though some of the younger people do not exactly go easy on the bars. The product has proven itself in training but unfortunately the bag is a bit too small. It takes time to get the ladder to fit into the bag. You should definitely order the training book with all the exercises.

    We have had the coordination ladder for six months in our training camp. We use it on an almost daily basis and can only say positive things about it. If the weather is bad we are indoors but can use the ladder with the suction cups. We use the ground anchor for outdoors.

Unfortunately three bars have broken on the new ladder even though only 12 year olds were using it. It doesn't bear thinking about what would happen if adults used it.     Yes, the ends of the ladder have click fasteners.

  • How many bars has the ladder?

    The 4 metre long coordination ladder has 10 bars. The 8 m long ladder has 20 bars.

  • Can the distance between the bars be changed?

    Yes, the distance between the bars is adjustable.

  • Do you offer replacement bars for sale?

    No, we are not in a position to supply replacement bars at the moment.

  • Can the coordination ladder be used both inside and outside?

    Yes, this ladder can be used both outdoors and indoors.
