It does the job Hello. I bought this punch bag for my wife to help break down stress she suffers from in her job. It works wonders. The effect is really good. I only gave it three stars because it has become too light over time. I now have PVC granulate in it (78 ct/kg). It is not a super bag but as I say it does the job.

Optimal Boxing Set Perfect: great fun to use, easy to hang when necessary and not too heavy, quite decorative and fulfils its purposes. We already had boxing gloves and the ones we had were more suitable the ones that came with the set.
