Thera Band is also useful for martial arts When we had the (glorious) idea of using Thera Bands in our Tae Kwondo training we then had to answer the question: which one, how strong, how long, what price and where? Buying the 45m roll was a great idea as firstly we can cut the right length for our two metre tall men so they can wind the band round their foot and ankles, as well as our little kids who need a much shorter band for their exercises. Secondly it is very good value for money. And so far (we are not using the band for that long) the quality is A1.

Many exercises The Thera Bands are used for us mostly for back exercises. They are great for facilitating variety and effectiveness in training as all age groups can use either the green or red Thera Bands. When looked after properly (powedering them every now and again) they last almost forever.

These bands are handle really well and smell nice. A super training aid that helps make exercises more effective and we would not be without them. As we are not using these bands too long I cannot pass any comment on their durability.

Youth strength Training I use Thera Band (red) in dry land training with our young swimmers. The children are between 9 and 11 years of age. The material is good for use with children and broadens the variety of exercises we can do. There is only a limited amount of exercises we can do at the pool edge due to the band's sensitivity to water. Be sure to shake a good amount of baby powder on the band when storing it in the large container.

Stretches well This product is perfect for use in sports courses. Individually cut for optimal use. I also find the classification by colour very good and the durability and ease of storage excellent.
