Eenvoudig aan het lichaam te bevestigen, zeer soepel. De set omvat 2 gelkussens en een wasbare nylon hoes met klittenband. Voor een koelende verzorging wordt het kussen in de koel- of vrieskast bewaard, voor een warmtebehandeling kan het kompres in de magnetron of heet water opgewarmd worden. Ca. 28x15 cm.

After my homemade compress (ice cubes in a plastic bag) was always slipping while I slept and I could only sit in one position, I decided I had to find a better solution. I found it at Sport-Thieme. Super!

Super for a sporty family We ordered two sets and store two compresses in our fridge and two in the vicinity of warm source. If the children are hurt while playing, my wife overstretches during Pilates or I get a football injury, they can be eased immediately.. and we must not stop doing without further movement thanks to the velcro band.
